Indie artist Lakes Lane’s debut EP ‘Stuck at the Lights’ explores anxiety and uncertainty of the millennial youth in today’s fast paced society. The cover image was photographed in house prior to this project, and then selected after hearing the message behind the EP. We then liaised with the artist to create a stripped back cover, with the intent of visualising the meaning rather than overloading it with text. This is also shown on the vinyl disc itself by using the centre sticker as the traffic light.
